# Changelog

> What changed, and what can break.

## What it is

What changed in the SDK, the CLI and the REST API, and what can break.

## When to use it

Read it before you upgrade. Every breaking change is listed here with what to do about it.

## Numbers and limits

The SDK and the CLI share one version number and follow semantic versioning.

* **Before 1.0.0:** a minor version (0.1 to 0.2) can break your code. A patch version (0.1.0 to 0.1.1) never does.
* **From 1.0.0:** only a major version can break your code.

The REST API keeps its version in the path, such as `/v1`. Inside a version, fields can be added. A field is not removed or renamed without a new version.

## Versions

### 0.1.0

First version. It is not on npm yet.

* SDK: `PariClient` for launch, trade, stake and read. Every method returns unsigned work.
* CLI: `pari`, which simulates every write unless you pass `--send`.
* Both name the chain: `chain` in the SDK, `--chain` in the CLI. The default is `solana`.
* REST API: `/v1` routes for tokens, trades and wallet positions.
