What it is

A launch creates your token and opens trading on a bonding curve. Every launch follows the same public rules, and you choose how strict they are by picking a preset.

When to use it

Use this guide to launch from the site. To launch from your own code, go to the Quickstart.
You need a wallet with SOL. The site is on devnet today.

Step by step

1

Connect your wallet

Open Launch and connect your wallet.
2

Pick a preset and a pair

Choose Light, Standard or Strict. Standard is the default. You cannot change it after launch. Compare them in Launch rules and presets. Under Pair with, choose SOL or a tokenized stock.
3

Add the details

Add the name, symbol, image and description. Website, X, Telegram and a dev buy are optional. Your dev buy stays locked.
4

Review

Check everything, including the total cost. This is the last step before the transaction. A launch is public and permanent.
5

Launch

Approve the transaction in your wallet. The token opens for trading and gets its own page.

Numbers and limits

The name can have up to 32 characters and the symbol 1 to 10 letters or digits. These are the starting values. They may change before the mainnet launch.

What can go wrong

For 6 hours after a launch, no other launch may use the same name or symbol. Lookalike letters, accents and digits are compared after normalization.
You cannot change the preset after launch. Check it on the Review step.
You cannot. It stays locked in a program vault until the preset’s unlock time.
Your dev buy swaps SOL for the stock first. Fees and rewards for that token are paid in the stock, and its issuer can freeze accounts. Tokenized stocks are not offered to US persons, and the Review step asks you to confirm that.
